The game room was a nice touch for family fun. The food options were overpriced and underwhelming. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Parking was easy, but breakfast choices were limited.

Location is perfect for visiting the Grand Canyon. The games room is a fun addition for families. Rooms weren't as clean as expected upon arrival. Shower had debris and the bathroom could be better maintained.

Friendly staff and spacious rooms. Close to the Grand Canyon and great amenities like a pool and hot tub.

Not the cheapest option, but worth it for the comfort.

Great location near the Grand Canyon and friendly staff. The room was spacious, but a bit dusty, and the mattress desperately needs an upgrade. The kitchenette was a lifesaver for meal prep before our hikes. The gift shop had unique items, albeit pricier than others. Service was hit or miss-upon arrival, check-in was chaotic, and we felt misled about dining options. A 10 pm closing time for local restaurants left us scrambling. The indoor pool was too cold for my kids. Tons of Tesla chargers, which was a nice bonus! There's potential here if they make some upgrades.

The room was spacious and reasonably comfortable. The air conditioning worked well, maintaining a nice temperature despite the outside heat. the bed could use improvement; the mattress felt old and uneven, while the pillows lacked support. I appreciated the cleanliness of the room, but noticed some mold in the bathroom. Linens felt worn, making it hard to sleep soundly. The balcony added a lovely touch, providing a quiet escape. Staff were friendly and helpful with local tourism, which added a nice personal touch to the stay. It has potential, but some updates would really enhance the experience.

comfortable room, comfortable atmosphere with the stunning large leather furniture in the lobby and the peaceful indoor pool and hot tub that provided a great space to relax after a long day of hiking.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The lobby feels inviting with its rustic decor and warm fireplace. The staff offered us free breakfast certificates to celebrate our occasion, which was a nice touch. We appreciated the proximity to the Grand Canyon!

A heads-up about the restaurant closure would have been helpful.

Impressive location. Close to the Grand Canyon and quiet. The welcoming lobby is charming, adorned with taxidermy that adds character. Staff was friendly and accommodating-my request for a rollaway bed was fulfilled without fuss. if you're touting five-star amenities, ensure the bar and restaurant are open. Breakfast was overpriced for the basic offerings, and cleaning could use more attention. The room was spacious, comfortable, and had a lovely balcony. there were maintenance issues, like a broken curtain hook and TV signal problems. Good experience overall, but areas need improvement to align with expectations and pricing.

I was really let down by the lack of communication about the pool and hot tub being closed. We only found out the day before! Staff didn't seem to care, and it really put a damper on our trip.

The hotel's superb proximity to the Grand Canyon South Rim made it incredibly convenient for day trips and sightseeing, with the entrance just less than a 10-minute drive away, plus I loved being a short walk from the Grand Canyon IMAX Theater, Bright Angel History Room, and fun dining options like Big E Steakhouse and a nearby McDonald's, so there was plenty to do without needing to travel far; the staff were friendly and the room spacious and comfy, but the prices at the gift shop could be a bit high compared to nearby alternatives.

The Grand Hotel at the Grand Canyon offers a cozy and welcoming atmosphere, especially in the beautifully decorated lobby with a fireplace. The room was spacious and clean, providing a comfortable retreat after exploring. The restaurant served delicious food, although prices were a bit high. Perfect location for Grand Canyon visitors.

Great location for visiting the Grand Canyon! The pool and spa were a relaxing treat after a day of hiking. The hotel staff was super friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable.

The vending/ice machines were mostly out of order during our stay. Our room on the 3rd floor had a cathedral ceiling with a large window that didn't have a covering, allowing light in early mornings.

The Grand Hotel At The Grand Canyon's location was ideal for visiting the Grand Canyon, and I appreciated the facilities, such as the restaurant, 24-hour front desk, shared lounge.

My friends and I had a blast exploring Xanterra's collection of companies & soaking in the epic views at the Grand Canyon South Rim. Plus, sipping drinks by the pool after a long day was lit!

We wished there was a more happening nightclub or a chill bar with great music for us young party animals to vibe at late into the night.

The room also had a nice tea and coffee facilities that were convenient for a morning pick, me, up. One of the highlights of our room was the lovely patio area with garden furniture where we could relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. I did notice that the free toiletries provided were quite basic and could have been of better quality. The room was equipped with an AM/FM alarm clock and a flat, screen TV, which was a nice touch for entertainment purposes. The carpeted floor added a cozy feel to the room. Housekeeping did a good job of keeping the room tidy, but there were some areas that needed improvement. For example, the tours/ticket assistance could have been more informative and helpful in guiding us on activities to do in the area.

The property was thoughtfully updated with modern decor and cool amenities like wireless phone chargers in lamps. The front desk staff was friendly and provided helpful tips and guides for exploring the area. The cozy lobby with a fireplace was a nice touch.

The room was not clean upon check, in, with cracked blinds, dust everywhere, and a non, chilling mini. The staff seemed unresponsive and unhelpful, and the uncomfortable bed and stuffy room led to a sleepless stay.

The rustic charm really brought the area to life. The lobby was a hub of activity. And oh joy, the largest facility offers 22 electric vehicle charging stations! I felt truly spoiled being part of the Xanterra Travel Collection.

Such a delight that the hotel restaurant was closed for inventory during dinnertime.

the room was spacious and clean, and the hotel's restaurant had live music and a great ambiance. the location near the park entrance was ideal, and the staff were friendly and helpful. the warm cookies, coffee, and hot chocolate in the festive lobby added to the welcoming atmosphere, and the gym facilities were excellent.

    Nothing all good 😊
